How Doolaby works
Doolaby is a marketplace for pre-loved fashion, kids' things, homeware and electronics across the UAE. Selling is free. Buyers are protected on every order paid with the Buy button.
Selling
- List it for free: take a few photos, add a description, pick a price and a parcel size. It takes about a minute.
- Sell and ship: when it sells, pack it, print the label and hand it to the courier within 5 days.
- Get paid: once the buyer confirms everything is OK, or 2 days after delivery, the full price goes to your balance. Withdraw it to any UAE bank.
Buying
- Find it: search by brand, size, condition, colour and price. Favourite items to hear about price drops.
- Buy or make an offer: pay the listed price, or send an offer. Sellers can accept, decline or counter. Bundle several items from one seller to save.
- Check and confirm: when your parcel arrives you have 2 days to check it. Confirm everything is OK, or report a problem.
Buyer Protection
Included on every order paid through Doolaby. It covers you when:
- Your item never arrives.
- It arrives damaged.
- It is significantly not as described.
- You receive the wrong item.
- You believe it is fake.
Your payment is held by Doolaby, not sent to the seller. It is only released once you confirm the item is OK, or 2 days after delivery if you do not report a problem. If you report a problem, the payment stays on hold while our team reviews the case and decides on a refund.
Only purchases made with the Buy button are covered. Never pay a seller by bank transfer, cash or another app.
Fees
- Listing an item: free
- Selling fee: none
- Buyer Protection, paid by the buyer: AED 3.00 plus 5%
- Bumps, optional: 3 days AED 5.00, 7 days AED 10.00, 14 days AED 15.00
- Spotlight, optional: 7 days AED 25.00
Example: on an AED 100.00 item the buyer pays AED 8.00 for Buyer Protection. The seller still receives the full AED 100.00.

Standard delivery: 2 to 4 working days. Express delivery: Next working day. Bundles ship as one parcel, so delivery is paid once.
